Heather Rodriquez serves as Community President at WaterStone Bank’s Oconomowoc branch. She brings more than a decade of experience as a Project Lead for hiring and recruiting at Walgreens. Rodriquez, who holds a degree in business management, is pleased with the switch to banking. “I’m enjoying the pace of the day-to-day interactions,” says Rodriquez, who appreciates being on a first-name basis with her customers. In her free time, Rodriquez enjoys traveling and has visited 29 states in the U.S., with a goal of visiting every state. She currently lives in Franklin, which gives her access to Brewers games, Summerfest and her favorite spot, Seven Bridges Trail in Grant Park.
