Wauwatosa, Wis. — 11/2/2018 — Veterans Day will be celebrated on November 11 this year and for the first time WaterStone Bank is partnering with 11 veteran-serving nonprofits to honor the veteran community. The veteran-serving organizations receive a $500 donation and a display table at their respective branch. Each branch has chosen the nonprofit organization they will feature during the month of November (see list below).

WaterStone Bank recognizes veterans throughout the year through events, outreach, and exclusive product offerings. The WaterStone Bank Foundation has donated more than $400,000 to organizations that support the military and veterans since veterans initiatives were added to WaterStone Bank’s charitable giving areas of focus in 2015. As a company, WaterStone Bank partners with various groups supporting veterans such as the Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce.
