Manage and review your loan online

Your loan statements and other documentation are available online. You will only be able to view your documentation online if you are signed up for digital banking and enrolled in E-Statements.

Still need to sign up for digital banking? You can self enroll using the Personal Enrollment option.

How to Enroll in E-Statements
1. Log in to digital banking
2. Select “Statements” in the menu
3. Select "Statement Delivery” in the drop-down menu
4. Click the pencil icon next to the account you wish to enroll
5. Change the preference from paper to E-Statement
6. Save your changes

How to View E-Statements
1. Log in to digital banking
2. Select “Statements” in the menu
3. Select "View Statements” in the drop-down menu
4. Select the account you wish to view
5. Select the statement date
6. Click on "View and Print Document" to view

Automatic payments

Set up automatic payments by filling out the Loan Payment Transfer Authorization Form. Please return the completed form via email to our Loan Servicing Department at:  Loan_Servicing@wsbonline.com

Pay in person

Visit a branch near you to make a payment.

Send a wire transfer

*Remember that WaterStone Bank will not email you wire instructions containing your personal account information such as routing and or account numbers. To avoid falling victim to scamming, be sure to confirm all your information before approving and sending a wire transfer.

While we do accept mailed payments, we recommend exploring more secure options due to recent mail fraud incidents. If possible, try opting for digital payment methods whenever possible for added safety and faster processing.
