Joseph A. Mudlaff has been appointed vice president, director of commercial real estate. Mudlaff brings over 20 years of real estate experience to his new position as head of commercial real estate for the bank.
“Joe has been an active commercial real estate lender in our community for many years. He has vast knowledge of our market and excellent customer service that has earned him a loyal following,” said Doug Gordon, president and CEO of WaterStone Bank.
Prior to joining WaterStone, Mudlaff served as vice president, investment real estate at Bank Mutual. He earned his MBA with a focus in finance from Marquette University and his BBA in real estate and finance from University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mudlaff is a member of Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW), National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA). An active member of the community, Mudlaff volunteers with JFS Housing Inc. and Bavarian Soccer Club. He also serves as a mentor for University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Real Estate Program. Mudlaff resides in Muskego.
