Wauwatosa, Wis. – 1/6/2020 – WaterStone Bank shared today that the WaterStone Bank Foundation donated more than $800,000 to over 240 local nonprofits in 2019.

The Bank focuses its charitable contributions on four main giving areas: education, women & children, community development and veterans’ initiatives. Nonprofit beneficiaries use the grants to fund a range of programming to promote financial literacy, the health and wellbeing of women and children, services that support our veterans, and events that celebrate our communities.

Recipients of the WaterStone Bank Foundation include the Betty Brinn Children’s Museum, Hunger Task Force, the Milwaukee Air & Water Show, Near West Side Partners, Susan G. Komen Wisconsin, the Zoological Society of Milwaukee and many more. In addition, WaterStone Bank annually provides scholarship funds to over 20 local high schools.
