WAUWATOSA, Wis. – 11/20/2020 – WaterStone Bank announced today the promotion of one of its officers, Ryan J. Gordon, to senior vice president, chief credit officer.
“Ryan has demonstrated leadership in the management of WaterStone Bank’s credit department and credit risk, helping to ensure the integrity of the bank’s loan portfolio while promoting growth,” said William Bruss, chief operating officer, general counsel of WaterStone Bank. “We congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.”
Gordon joined the bank in 2008 as an intern working on special projects. He has held a number of positions in the credit department at WaterStone Bank, most recently as vice president, chief credit officer. He received his MBA in finance and B.A. in finance in real estate with a minor in math from Marquette University. He resides in Menomonee Falls.
